What is Men's Meditation?
Whether you are seeking to enhance your attention skills, or cultivate emotional awareness and kindness, there are many different sets of techniques to incorporate from visualization, to breathwork, to body scanning, to full body movement. The challenge in our modern times is the tremendous amount of distraction and stimuli we face which overloads our nervous system which impacts our physical and mental well being.
